Whatever the size or type of project, we can provide all the services you will need which includes design, planning and building control.

Our services include the production of detailed Site Layouts, Sections, Building Plans and Elevational details.

JRP will prepare project drawings, detailing the technical specification and design as required by the Building Regulations authority and we are able to submit these on behalf of the client to the inspecting authority for approval. We have vast experience working with engineers, end suppliers and timber frame manufacturers to ensure a streamlined service.

Following planning and technical approval, JRP can offer onsite project management throughout the build.  We discuss with our client’s which level of service they require and agree the amount of input that suits their needs in terms of managing their project. Our ability to quickly react to on site queries and provide technical solutions have seen contractors request our services on subsequent projects.
