Polypipe, Doncaster

JRP were appointed by Polypipe to design and deliver a 75,000 sq. ft manufacturing and warehouse building which would expand their existing facility at Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster.

The facility would form the first B8 use class within the wider Riverdale Park development. Plans are being progressed and we are working closely with Doncaster Council to ensure a successful outcome. Planning approval is expected in May 2021.
