Hurstwood

Two applications have been submitted under the remit of an outline.   Application 1 proposes residential development, provision of co-working hubs, with land allocated for a single form entry primary school (if required), the provision of drainage (including SUDs), public open space with children’s play space, enhancements to existing footpaths/tracks, new footpaths and cycleways (including the creation of an active travel corridor).  Application 2 simply proposes an alternative form of the development within the masterplan.
