Planning Submission – Waverley

Acting on behalf of Barratt and David Wilson (Yorkshire West), JRP have prepared a planning submission for 459 dwellings which is currently pending determination with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.

The development responds to the principles established in the approved Design Code for the development parcel and provides a range of dwellings from 1 bedroomed apartments to 4 bedroomed detached dwellings. There is a bespoke non-residential area which is proposed next to the waterfront linking into the promenade. In addition, there are a number of key open spaces and the provision of a water street incorporating SUDS.
