Planning Submission – Former Parkside Hotel

Acting on behalf of Harworth Group JRP have prepared a planning submission for 150 dwellings which is currently pending determination with Wakefield Metropolitan District Council.

The development responds to the site constraints and location. The proposed house types will be modular dwellings with the proposed tenure as Build to Rent.
