Approval granted for 227 homes at New Waltham

Following the successful permission gained for Phase 1, JRP have successfully secured planning permission for 227 new homes on Phase 2 of the development. The development consists of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom quality homes.

The development has been designed with a landscape led approach taking into consideration the wider masterplan and continuation of the key open spaces.
