Approval granted for third phase at Long Lane, Beverley

JRP have successfully secured planning permission for an additional 31 dwellings on land at Willow Lane, Beverley. This is an extension to two previously approved phases of development we have undertaken on behalf of Barratt and David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East for a total of 617 dwellings, high quality open space and associated infrastructure.

The development forms part of the housing allocation Bev-J, which is set to deliver over 1800 homes over the plan period.
