Approval granted for 200 homes in Driffield

JRP have successfully secured planning permission for 200 new homes, sports pitches and associated infrastructure on Phase 2 of the Barratt Homes development in Driffield. The development consists of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom quality homes.

The development continues on from Phase 1 which is well underway in terms of construction. The scheme has been designed in line with the overall aspirations of the wider Site Allocation and Land North East of Driffield Masterplan completed by ERYC.
