Approval granted for 75 homes at South End, Bedale

JRP are pleased to announce the approval of the planning application for 75 high quality homes at land off South End, Bedale. The Yorvik Homes development consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings, 23 of which are affordable homes.

The development provides a strong presence to South End and additional openings to the dwellings have been designed to create activity to all public spaces.

An equipped play area and open space provides a buffer
to the working farm whilst also creating a green entrance to
Bedale.

Of the 75 dwellings, 9 are bungalows and the rest are to be 2 storeys.
