Land at Furness Avenue and Turner Avenue, North Halifax
We are acting on behalf of Keepmoat and Anchor, who are looking to develop the land at Furness Avenue and Turner Avenue, North Halifax.
It is the intention to submit an application seeking full planning permission for residential development and a care home facility.
The site is separated into two parcels, both are identified as a housing allocation under reference LP0523 and LP0261 in the Calderdale Local Plan.
This application proposes a development for 185 homes providing a valuable contribution to the Council’s 5-year supply of deliverable housing. The Authority see this site coming forward as part of the North Halifax Transformation Project.
