Land North of Scarborough Road, Filey
We are acting on behalf of Akkeri and Filey Fields Development Company, who are looking to develop the land north of Scarborough Road, Filey.
It is the intention to submit an application seeking full planning permission for residential development.
The site is identified as a housing allocation under reference HA23 and Open Space OS9 in the Scarborough Local Plan.
This application proposes a development for 83 homes providing a valuable contribution to the Council’s 5-year supply of deliverable housing and much needed new homes in the Filey area.
A leaflet has been issued to properties surrounding the development site, advising of the proposals and inviting comments towards the proposals.
The proposals comprise of 83 high quality homes (2, 3 and 4 bedroom) which are predominantly semi-detached and detached and limited to two storeys in height.
