We are acting on behalf of Milner Homes, who have acquired the Nidd Valley Saw Mills, Dacre Banks.

We are proposing to hold a Public Consultation Event on Tuesday 15^th March between 4 and 7pm at the Summerbridge, Methodist Church Hall, to outline our proposals for the site’s redevelopment.

The proposals comprise of 15 high quality homes (2, 3 and 4 bedroom) in a mix of short terraces, detached and semi detached properties, the retention of the mill building and its conversion to 5 apartments and 12 camping pods to the rear of the site.
