JRP are able to offer a unique service, with this discipline being integrated within the practice.
From inception, and throughout the design process, our extensive knowledge and experience ensures the creation of a scheme which is not only commercially viable but deliverable through the planning process. We have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes through skilful negotiation and presentation.
Our services cover a wide range of aspects including site appraisal, feasibility assessments and planning advice and the management of development projects through to planning approval. Additional services include the production of Design and Access Statements, Planning Statements, Discharge of Planning Condition Applications, Certificate of Lawful Use, Statement of Community Involvement, Development Briefs and Design Codes. Our planning services can be integrated as part of an architecture and design commission or as a standalone service.
